Offline steel (iron) ladle baking:

Fast or slow baking of newly built bags and turnover bags. When using blast furnace gas, the heating temperature is above 1100 ℃, and the temperature difference inside the ladle (tundish) is 20 ℃. Offline baking of cold packs for 2.5 hours, with a lining temperature of over 1000 ℃.

Online ladle baking:

For online steel ladle (tundish), use blast furnace gas for rapid baking, heating to above 1100 ℃, heating temperature ≥ 40 ℃/min, and temperature difference within the steel ladle (tundish) of 20 ℃. The online ladle (intermediate ladle) is baked for 20-30 minutes, and the temperature of the ladle lining reaches 1100 ℃.

Offline baking of intermediate tank:

The intermediate tank drying station is mainly used for new construction, cold repair, drying, and turnover. Online baking (fast) at room temperature -1100 ℃ for 1-1.5 hours; Offline baking (drying) at room temperature, -800 ℃, for 24-32 hours.

Online baking of intermediate tanks:

The intermediate tank preheating station is a specialized equipment for rapid baking of steel liquid containers, mainly used for preheating and baking of continuous casting intermediate tanks with online rapid heating. When using blast furnace gas, perform online baking at temperatures above 1100 ℃ for 60 minutes, with a heating rate of ≥ 40 ℃/min.
