1、 Brief introduction of chute baking device: gas baking device is the main equipment of steel plant gas baking. The fuel here mainly refers to: blast furnace gas, converter gas, coke oven gas, carbide furnace gas, diesel oil, heavy oil, coal tar and other fuel oil.
The main features are as follows:
1. The baking device is designed as an electromechanical integrated device with a built-in control system, which has a simple and practical structure, simple operation, and convenient maintenance, making it easy for the crane to lift and transport the iron chute;
2. Automatic temperature control is achieved based on the baking process curve. The drying and baking temperature of the refractory material should be uniform, and the temperature difference between different parts of the refractory material should be small;
3. Set up a gas leakage alarm device. When the carbon monoxide content in the air around the equipment reaches 30mg/m3, it will alarm the control system and start the safety protection program;
4. Install a quick shut-off valve on the gas main pipe to quickly cut off the gas in case of overheating, flameout, ignition failure, power grid outage, and low air and gas pressure; Equipped with reliable gas cut-off devices (butterfly valve+closed blind valve, pressure regulating valve) and gas auxiliary facilities such as hand holes, purging ports, and vent pipes.
5. According to safety regulations, set up interfaces for nitrogen gas for maintenance and blowing;
6. Set up temperature detection instruments that can continuously detect the temperature inside the chute;
7. Adopting a long flame ignition system; Due to the low calorific value of blast furnace gas, a built-in ignition burner is installed in the burner of the baking device, which uses high calorific value fuel as the guiding fire (also known as long open fire). The small burner is ignited first, and after the combustion is stable, the main gas burner is automatically switched to improve the ignition success rate and prevent accidents such as "explosion" caused by a large amount of blast furnace gas gathering in the furnace chamber when encountering open fire.
8. Install necessary safety protection devices.
The offline baking device for the iron exchange chute is composed of a burner, an insulation cover (including refractory materials), a lifting mechanism, an ignition system, a gas supply system, control equipment, and related testing instruments, valves, etc. It is designed, manufactured, installed, and debugged by Zhengzhou Zhongwei Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. as a "turnkey" project.
