The heat dissipation loss on the ladle lining accounts for about 40% to 50% of the total heat loss, thus reducing the heat loss on the ladle, The temperature drop of molten steel in the ladle can be greatly reduced. It is of great significance to reduce the tapping temperature, improve the service life of the converter, increase steel production, reduce raw material consumption, reduce the cost of per ton steel, and ensure the smooth progress of continuous casting.
