1. The function and configuration characteristics of the burner;

The gas control valve and air control valve are set with appropriate air/fuel ratio as needed, so that the gas and air ratio enters the combustion chamber according to the set ratio, and the combustion efficiency reaches over 98%.

The baking device adopts a combustion air regulating valve and a gas regulating valve to adjust the air fuel ratio. Its advantages include the valve opening in place, not being too open, and not affecting the size of the flame at each stage, avoiding the inaccurate use of the gas proportional valve for a long time

The ignition method of the burner: automatic ignition. The ignition electrode is designed on the burner. When igniting, the ignition button is turned on first, and the equipment automatically ignites, ensuring a success rate of over 95%. The final ignition method can be adjusted according to the on-site situation to achieve the final effect.

The safety control function of the burner is complete. In case of abnormal equipment such as gas leakage or flameout, the equipment will automatically cut off the gas solenoid valve and give an audible and visual alarm.

The combustion system adopts a low noise fan, and the operating noise of the entire system is ≤ 85dB.

The burner adopts a multi-stage swirling mixing combustion mechanism, with strong and sufficient mixing, no detachment, strong flame injection, good flame rigidity, complete flame combustion, and a combustion rate of over 98%.

The main components and products supporting the burner, such as burner, pressure reducing valve, filter, pressure switch, ignition controller, solenoid valve, high-pressure bag, etc.

The system is equipped with various functional valves, and by adjusting the opening of each valve, it can fully meet the temperature, flow rate, and load requirements of the entire combustion system.

2. Safety protection measures for burner design

Before igniting the burner, turn on the automatic blowing function of the fan to clean the dust inside the pouring ladle, in order to avoid flash explosions caused by excessive gas accumulation and ignition;

The ignition of the burner was unsuccessful, and the flame detector did not detect the flame. The control system automatically locked the safety solenoid valve and did not open, causing an alarm. Flame detection was monitored throughout the entire process;

If the burner unexpectedly stalls during the combustion process, the flame detector locks the safety solenoid valve and automatically cuts off the gas supply and alarms;

If there is no air pressure or the pressure is too low before or during operation of the equipment, the pressure detector will lock the safety solenoid valve and automatically cut off the gas supply and alarm;

Safety protection for abnormal power outage during burner combustion: the safety solenoid valve automatically resets to cut off the gas supply;

Security alarm: Configure alarm lights, including power on indication, operation indication, and fault indication. If a fault occurs, sound and light alarms will be issued; Equipped with wind pressure and air pressure detection alarms, gas leakage alarms, and flame detection automatic flameout alarms; Equipped with a fire stop valve. The alarm device is located in a visible and audible area.

Electric control system: Based on the electrical, mechanical, and instrument electricity consumption, the power supply capacity is reasonably selected, and the circuit is classified for short circuit protection and overload protection. The AC and DC power supplies required for the instrument are configured, and the equipment is isolated from the power supply and regulated power supply to ensure the normal operation of the electrical, mechanical, and instrument. Configure a centralized operation control box with a protection level of IP54 and an ambient temperature of less than 60 ℃. All electrical control equipment and instrument monitoring mechanisms are installed centrally in the operation control box for easy centralized operation and management. According to the baking process curve, automatic temperature control function is achieved.
