The natural gas ladle roaster, also known as the natural gas steel ladle roaster or the natural gas molten iron ladle roaster, uses the ZW series natural gas burner as the flame spraying device as the core equipment. 1. The control cabinet of the natural gas baking machine is designed with fully automatic control system functions, including automatic ignition, flameout protection, pressure protection, leakage protection, and automatic temperature control function designed according to the baking process curve. The combustion tube of the natural gas burner is made of unmodified 310S or silicon carbide material, capable of withstanding high temperatures between 1100 and 1300 ℃, with a service life of over 3 years. The length of the combustion tube is 200-300mm, embedded in the inner lining of the cover, and directly sprayed with flame at the bottom, resulting in good baking effect. The high-precision UV probe monitors the combustion status of the flame in real-time. Once the flame is extinguished, the system will generate an audible and visual alarm and immediately cut off the gas. The leakage alarm device monitors the leakage status of the equipment and pipelines in real-time. In case of abnormalities, the system will alarm and cut off the fuel valve to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
3. The inner lining of the ladle cover is made of castable or high-temperature resistant fiber cotton, with a thickness of 200-300mm. The ladle cover is attached to the outer edge of the ladle, reducing heat loss inside the ladle.
