The energy-saving baking device developed by Zhengzhou Zhongwei Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. can use natural gas, blast furnace converter gas, liquefied gas, and diesel heavy oil as fuels, and is equipped with energy-saving burners to form a long flame that directly impacts the bottom of the furnace, and the flame returns. The entire furnace lining material is fully and evenly baked, allowing it to be heated, dehydrated, and fully sintered without cracking, extending the service life of the molten iron ladle, reducing the temperature drop of the molten iron, and ensuring the pouring temperature, The burner designed specifically for the baking machine burns well, with a long and strong flame! Energy saving and environmental protection, compared to market products, the energy-saving solar term is more than 30%~50%, and the baking cycle is also shortened by more than one-third. The combustion support method can adopt more energy-efficient oxygen rich or pure oxygen, with a solar term rate of about 20% and a reduction in NOx content, achieving environmental standards.

Tundish baking machine
It consists of an electric push rod, burner, blower, combustion air duct system, fuel duct system, and control system. Due to the T-shaped and long shape of the tundish, multiple burners are used for baking to ensure uniform temperature inside the tundish.
