1.2 Rotating air distribution shaft: It is a hollow shaft separated by a blind hole in the middle and installed together with a sliding bearing on the top of the frame. One end of the shaft is the combustion air inlet, and the front and rear parts of the shaft are the swing cover lifting arms and cranks, which can rotate and send combustion air into the burner. The characteristic is compact structure, reducing pipeline distribution.

1.3 Lifting arm: it is the connecting component between the baking machine frame and the baking machine cover, which is used to bear the weight of the cover. Its rear part is welded with the rotary air distributor shaft, and the cover is vertically swung with the shaking. In the design, the hanging arm of the swing bag cover is designed as a low-carbon alloy steel box beam large arm structure, which can meet the requirements of connection load-bearing and heat-resistant deformation. It can also route the combustion air supplied from the rotating gas distribution shaft into the burner.

1.4 Baking cover: It is the main component of the baking device, which is fastened on the pouring bag mouth to prevent temperature loss and insulation of the pouring bag, protect the burner and pipeline from being damaged by the pouring bag heat, and use high-temperature resistant aluminum silicate module inside the baking bag cover

1.5 Burner: The burner, also known as the industrial burner, is a key component for good or bad baking performance and high energy consumption.
