After the "small burner" burns stably, the large burner is automatically turned on to ensure stable operation of the submerged arc furnace gas combustion. The material selection for the combustion tube of the gas burner is stainless steel 310s (Cr25Ni20) or silicon carbide tube, which can withstand high temperatures from 1100 to 1300 ℃ and has a lifespan of about 5 years. The burner is designed with a high-precision UV probe to monitor the flame status in real-time. In case of sudden flameout, the system will alarm and immediately cut off the gas. The length of the combustion tube is determined by the thickness of the refractory material on the cover, with a standard of 300mm and a flame length of 2.5-4.0 meters directly sprayed onto the bottom of the ladle. The baking temperature is uniform and the temperature difference is small, extending the service life of the ladle.

2. Explosion proof pneumatic valve group. The gas pipeline valve group adopts pneumatic valve groups with higher explosion-proof levels, and the analog and switch valve groups are designed to achieve gas cut-off and automatic regulation functions.

3. Automatic control function of the control cabinet. According to the baking process curve, automatic temperature control function can be achieved, and the control cabinet can be connected with the user's central control room for technical integration. Local and remote control functions can be achieved, or mobile monitoring and management can be implemented by enterprise leaders.

4. The grill bracket is made of national standard materials, which are sturdy and durable, reducing maintenance costs.

5. Design a leakage alarm device in the gas area. In case of gas leakage, the device will sound and light an alarm and immediately cut off the gas. The gas pipeline will be designed with an anti backfire and gas evacuation valve.
