After the liquefied gas burner is ignited and stabilized, it automatically switches to blast furnace gas combustion to ensure stable ignition and prevent the occurrence of "explosion" phenomenon.
1.3. Configuration of converter gas pipeline: The explosion-proof pneumatic valve group mainly includes explosion-proof regulating valves and explosion-proof shut-off valves. According to the baking process curve, the temperature automatic adjustment function can be achieved. The connection between the local control cabinet and the central control room can achieve local and remote automatic control functions.
1.4. According to the structure, the converter gas baking device can be divided into: vertical lifting converter gas baking device, vertical overturning converter gas baking device, and horizontal converter gas baking device.
