1. The toaster uses diesel as fuel and is equipped with a Zhongwei diesel burner. It uses compressed air atomization to mix diesel and air as fully as possible, ensuring full combustion of diesel and achieving fuel efficiency. The diesel burner is equipped with a built-in gas ignition burner, usually using a natural gas burner or a liquefied gas burner. The gas burner is first ignited, and after stable combustion, it automatically switches to the diesel burner. Another solution is to install a high-energy ignition gun in the diesel burner. Due to the easy formation of carbon deposits in diesel fuel, which affects the success rate of ignition, the ignition gun needs to be automatically exited after each ignition. The diesel burner combustion tube is designed with stainless steel 310s material or silicon carbide structure, which can withstand high temperatures of 1100-1300 ℃ and has a service life of over 5 years. The standard length of the combustion tube is 300mm and can be customized. The high-precision UV probe monitors the flame status in real-time, and once the flame is extinguished, the system immediately alarms and urgently cuts off the fuel solenoid valve. Design a dedicated flow meter for diesel pipelines to monitor fuel flow in real-time.
2. The baking machine achieves automatic temperature control function based on the baking process curve.
