2、 Baking technical parameters of the bag roaster:
1. Offline steel (iron) ladle baking is used for fast or slow drying of newly built ladle and turnover ladle. When using a natural gas burner for heating, the temperature is around 1100 ± 50 ℃, the heating rate is 40 ℃/min, and the temperature difference inside the ladle (intermediate ladle) is about 30 ℃. The cold package is baked offline for about 2.5 hours, and the lining temperature can reach over 1000 ℃.
2. When using natural gas to quickly bake the online steel ladle (tundish), it can be heated to above 1100 ℃, with a heating rate of ≥ 40 ℃/min, and a temperature difference of about 30 ℃. Usually, the target temperature can be reached by baking the lining for 10-20 minutes.
3. The liquefied gas baking device needs to be equipped with a gasification device to facilitate the clean gasification of liquefied gas and achieve high gasification efficiency.
