1. The yellow phosphorus tail gas burner is the core component. Built in ignition burner structure, using high calorific value fuel. First, ignite the ignition burner. After the "small burner" burns stably, automatically turn on the large burner to ensure stable combustion of the tail gas of the mineral carbide furnace. The burner tube is made of stainless steel or silicon carbide, with a length of 300mm embedded in the refractory cotton lining of the cover. The flame is long and directly sprayed onto the bottom of the package. The high-precision UV probe monitors the combustion status of the flame in real-time. After the flame is extinguished, the system will immediately sound and light an alarm and urgently cut off the gas.
2. Explosion proof pneumatic valve group. Gas pipeline valve groups are all equipped with pneumatic valve groups with higher explosion-proof levels to achieve emergency shutdown. According to the baking process curve, the gas volume and air volume are automatically adjusted, and the mixed combustion is sufficient.
3. The toaster can achieve automatic control function. The control cabinet can be technologically connected to the user's central control room to achieve local and remote control functions, or the enterprise leader can implement mobile monitoring and management.
