Characteristics of regenerative heat treatment furnace:
1. The furnace lining adopts energy-saving zirconium fiber cotton, with a furnace wall thickness of 300-400mm and a furnace shell surface temperature of<45 ℃. The insulation performance is good, saving energy and fuel.
2. The chamber structure or trolley structure shall be designed according to the user's needs and the heat treatment process requirements. The trolley drive shall be winch or reducer to facilitate the access of the trolley. The furnace door adopts a lifting, side opening or fixed type, and the sealing between the furnace door and the furnace body is good to reduce heat loss.
3. The regenerative burner is designed in pairs on both sides of the furnace, adopting an automatic control method to achieve temperature self-control function based on the heat treatment process curve.
4. Large size space annealing furnace, selection of regenerative high-speed burner, full stirring of furnace atmosphere, small temperature difference, and good furnace temperature uniformity.
5. The paperless recorder displays the temperature of each point in the furnace in real-time.
